Optical Manufacturing
TC Optics is especially good at produce lens, windows, filters, mirrors, prisms.we have nearly 60 polishing machines.we have a high-speed polishing machine from Korea and a classical polishing machine, a Ring throwing machine. We offer different materials from UV, glass,IR, and different diameters from 0.1mm-500mm.
Optical Design & Assembly
TC Optics provide comprehensive service from design, optical engineering, to manufacturing & assembly. We have 10 experienced optical and mechanical engineers who provide the service to the customer. After the customer agrees on the design, we will produce optical lenses and then assemble them. we will use MTF systems to test the lens.
Optical Inspection
TCOPTICS has advanced zygo to test the flatness, goniometer to test the angle, microscopes to test the surface quality and chamfer. We can ensure good quality by these testing machines.
Optical Coatings
TC Optics can provide all types of anti-reflective, high reflective, and partial reflective coatings. We are good at produce all types of dielectric coatings are BBAR, V-coatings, dual-wavelength coatings, and sharp cut-on and cut-off filters.
